画像・動画の使用に関する規約
本規約は、グレートネイチャーツアーズ（以下 GNT という）のレンタサイクルを利用するお客様に対して適用されるものとします。なおこの規約に定めのない事項については、法令または一般の慣習によるものとします。

第1条（目的）
本規約は、お客様がGNT が提供するサービスを利用中に、GNTが撮影したお客様の画像・動画等(以下「肖像等」といいます)の取扱いについて定めるものです。
第2条（肖像等の撮影）
- GNTは、サービスを提供中、記録および広報等の目的で、写真撮影またはビデオ撮影を行う場合があります。
- お客様が当サービスを利用される場合、撮影される可能性があることを予めご了承いただきます。
第3条（使用許諾）
お客様は、GNTが撮影した肖像等について、以下の使用を無償で許諾するものとします:
- GNTの公式ウェブサイトへの掲載
- GNTの公式SNS(Instagram、Facebook、Twitter/X、YouTube等)への投稿
- パンフレット、チラシ等の印刷物への掲載
- 新聞、雑誌、テレビ等のメディアへの提供
- オンライン・オフライン広告への使用
- その他GNTの広報・宣伝活動全般
前項の使用許諾に際し、お客様は以下の権利をGNTに付与します:
- 複製、複写、トリミング、色調補正等の編集
- 第三者への使用許諾(提携企業、広告代理店等)
- 国内外を問わない使用
第4条（使用期間）
肖像等の使用許諾期間は、撮影時から無期限とします。ただし、第8条に定める削除請求があった場合を除きます。
第5条（報酬）
お客様は、本規約に基づく肖像等の使用について、GNTに対し一切の報酬を請求しないものとします。
第6条（著作権等）
肖像等に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、GNTまたはGNTが指定する者に帰属します。
第7条（撮影の拒否）
- お客様が撮影を希望されない場合は、サービス提供前にGNTスタッフまでお申し出ください。
- 前項のお申し出があった場合、GNTは可能な限り配慮いたしますが、集合写真等で他のお客様と一緒に撮影される場合、完全に撮影を回避できない可能性があることを予めご了承ください。
第8条（削除請求）
- 既に公開された肖像等について、お客様から削除のご要請があった場合、GNTは合理的な範囲で対応いたします。
- ただし、以下の場合は削除に応じられないことがあります:
- 印刷物として既に配布されているもの
- 第三者に提供済みで、GNTが管理できないもの
- 複数名が写っており、特定個人のみの削除が技術的に困難なもの
第9条（個人情報の保護）
GNTは、肖像等の使用に際し、お客様の氏名、住所、連絡先等の個人情報を公開することはありません。ただし、お客様が事前に同意された場合を除きます。
第10条（未成年者）
未成年者が当サービス提供を受ける場合、親権者または法定代理人の同意をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第11条（規約の変更）
GNTは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、GNT公式ウェブサイトでの掲載その他GNT所定の方法により告知した時点で効力を生じます。
Terms and Conditions for the Use of Images and Videos
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms explain how images, videos, and other likenesses of customers (hereinafter “Likeness”) taken by GNT while customers use its services will be handled.
Article 2 (Photography and Video Recording)
GNT may take photos or record videos during the provision of its services for record-keeping, publicity, and promotional purposes.
By using the services, customers acknowledge in advance that they may be photographed or recorded.
Article 3 (Permission for Use)
Customers agree, free of charge, to allow GNT to use their Likeness taken by GNT for the following purposes:
Posting on GNT’s official website
Posting on GNT’s official social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
Use in printed materials such as brochures and flyers
Providing materials to media such as newspapers, magazines, and television
Use in online and offline advertisements
Other general publicity and promotional activities by GNT
In granting this permission, customers also allow GNT to:
Copy, reproduce, edit, crop, and adjust colors of the images or videos
Allow third parties (such as partner companies and advertising agencies) to use them
Use them without limitation as to country or region
Article 4 (Period of Use)
Permission to use the Likeness is granted for an unlimited period from the date it is taken, unless a deletion request is made under Article 8.
Article 5 (Compensation)
Customers agree that they will not request any payment or compensation from GNT for the use of their Likeness under these Terms.
Article 6 (Copyright and Other Rights)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights related to the Likeness belong to GNT or to a party designated by GNT.
Article 7 (Refusal of Photography)
If customers do not wish to be photographed or recorded, they must inform GNT staff before the service begins.
GNT will make reasonable efforts to respect this request; however, customers understand that it may not be possible to completely avoid being photographed or recorded in situations such as group photos with other customers.
Article 8 (Request for Deletion)
If customers request the deletion of Likeness that has already been made public, GNT will respond within a reasonable scope.
However, deletion may not be possible in the following cases:
When the material has already been distributed in printed form
When the material has already been provided to third parties and is no longer under GNT’s control
When multiple people appear in the image or video and it is technically difficult to remove only one specific person
Article 9 (Protection of Personal Information)
When using the Likeness, GNT will not publish customers’ personal information such as names, addresses, or contact details, unless the customer has given prior consent.
Article 10 (Minors)
If a minor uses the services, consent to these Terms is considered to have been given by the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)
GNT may change these Terms when necessary. The revised Terms will take effect when they are announced on GNT’s official website or by other methods specified by GNT.
